1. John Andersson and Johan Emmoth are the creatve force behind names Laid, Zoo Brazil, Cuba Computers, Nars and Outcold, and the pair have steadily carved out a reputation for themselves as one of dance music's most innovative and respected production teams. They are prolific as producers, remixers and DJ’s all over the world.
They have worked with some of the world's largest artists including Fatboy Slim (Skint/Astralwerks), Human Leauge (Virgin), Dannii Mingoue (FFRR), and Nitin Sawney (V2), as well as a whole host of the most respected and credible 'underground' dance acts like James Holden (Loaded), Blaze (Slip N Slide), Dirty Vegas (Credence/EMI), Lo Fidelity Allstars (Skint/Astralwerks), Zoot Woman (Madonna's producer) (Wall of Sound/EMI), and Tony Senghore... notching up releases/remixes on Hooj Choons, Music For Freaks, Paper Recordings, Moody, Yoshitoshi, EStereo, Airtight, Universal, 20:20 Vision, Plastic City, and Airtight to name but a few.
2. LAID was a visual kei rock band from Japan. First formed in 1995 when the members were high school students, they later started releasing original material in 1998, presumably when they graduated. They would later become one of the most popular bands in the underground, and were known for having some of the most high-budget music videos at the time of the underground visual kei circuit.
They would go on to release four demo tapes, eight singles, three mini-albums/EP's and one full length album, thus making LAID one of the most prolific underground visual bands of their time as well. Unfortunately, just after the release of their third mini-album "Spirit of ROCKMAN" (released in August 2002), the ambitious band disbanded. Some of the members would go on to join other popular visual bands, like KING and Annie's Black. In 2016, after fourteen years apart, LAID announced they were reuniting. Originally planned for only one show, the members apparently blended so well that they planned more shows, and are reportedly in the works of making a split-album with fellow visual kei band Wyse.
3. Grungy Punk band from Valencia, Spain. FFO: Basement, Title Fight, Citizen, Fiddlehead
