Payment

To make an order, either use the secure on-line credit card/PayPal facilities or call us on (01782) 215554 / 201698 / 207234, giving your name, address and your order. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Postage

The cost of postage at Global Groove is calculated on weight. We use a number of different couriers including Royal Mail, UPS Parcelforce and Interlink/DPD. This is to ensure the cheapest and quickest arrival of your records. Any special rates or discounts are handed directly over to you. The price you are charged for postage is the price we are charged by the courier.

UK and Northern Ireland are sent out 1st class OR 1st class recorded delivery to for a fast and reliable service.All V.A.T. charges are included.

Courier

All orders over £100 (P&P not included) are sent out FREE of shipping charges. To UK mainland only.
Orders made after 12pm cannot be guaranteed for next day delivery.
Next day services do not deliver on weekends!
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday and will arrive Tuesday.

Available for items shipped to UK only. Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle Of Man and Scilly Isles are not included in this service.
