Dr Packer has long been associated with the M2MR label, supplementing his own EPs for the imprint with remixes of vintage gems by the likes of Freeez, Kenny Thomas and Newcleus. Here he has his wicked way with a bunch of tunes by Macedonian multi-instrumentalist Vladmir Cetkar. He first delivers a rolling, percussion-rich, Dimitri From Paris style take on soulful nu-disco cut 'Don't Make Me Wait', dropping his 'Galaxy Dub', before opting for a more organic, languid and sun-splashed sound (think Micky More and Andy Tee) on his 'Ocean of Dub' revision of 'Ocean of Love'. Over on side B, his 'Club Dub' of 'Heavenly' sounds like Dave Lee in disco/soulful house fusion mode, while his dub of 'Orchid' is a soaring, string-laden nu-disco delight.
