Last FM Information on Thin Men

Please note the information is done on a artist keyword match and data is provided by LastFM.
The Band Thin men was formed in 1991 by the remnants of Zaphod Beeblebrox. The remainig three were Andi (guitar; said good-bye with the words: "And in all other respects we prefer the use of biologically degradable toilet-paper!"), the drummer and Bassman Martin Renzler. After one year of hanging around with other Bands, the three got together again and formed - along with another guitarist - Thin men. After a short time, the first Tape - titled "Rubber`s hole" was "thrown on the market" (hehe). This demo showed up with a wild mixture, featuring extracts of King Crimson, The Beatles, Rock`n`Roll, Reggae and others, but still sounded somewhat thin. That changed, when in 1993 the drummer and the second guitarist left and were replaced by the young and enthusiastical drummer Tino Moskopp. This led to a clearer but heavier Band-sound. Their addiction for musical experiments also increased again, audibly on the second release "Fuddy-duddy". The classical Rock-Trio was supplemented by the use of E-drums, Sequenzers and the Chapman-Stick. First gigs in front of increasing audiences followed, along with positive reviews in papers and radio. The Band broke up in 1998. Again, the left-overs (Andi & Martin) formed "Mostly thin, man!".
