Sparky is an American progressive metal band. 5. Sparky was a Japanese techno producer on Toy Label. 6. Sparky was an one-off moniker used by British musicians Steve Minors (guitar) and Dave 'Andy' Andrews (bass), who were in the young London mod group The Carnaby before signing to MAM and Valley Music as a songwriter team.
