Geddes’ belief and desire to inject a freshness to the underground scene inspired him to programme his own parties and his concept became a flourishing reality in London’s mulletover events. mulletover has gained unrivalled success as one of the superior, underground parties at the heart of the London scene. Their philosophy of continuous reinvention has led them to host an arena with TDK festival in London for three years, take over the infamous Discoteca room at ‘We Love...’ Space in Ibiza weekly for the Summer of 2006 and go on to host some of the most talked about parties on the island over the past few years. This year sees them collaborate on more global events such as the Garden Festival in Croatia and Lovebox festival in London.
As a producer, Geddes has built up repute for outstanding releases. His string of productions under the Rekleiner guise alongside Anthony Middleton and Luca Saporito are now anticipated by many, showcasing a love for dubby, ethereal beats and melodies. With remixes, co and solo productions on labels such as Connaisseur, Moodmusic, Infant and Tsuba, 2008 also saw the launch of his own label, murmur, an experience-driven experiment into the future of our musical landscape. Already a home for more unrivalled fresh talent such as Nick Curly, Tom Demac, Bearweasel and his own Rekleiner project. murmur is already generating great global attention and support. Geddes has stamped out a unique sound and continues to push boundaries, delivering truly inspiring music through every channel.
