Deep House, Tech House with Acid - Limited edition vinyl copies of the new Kassian versions and it sounds like they've been on a trip to Italy circa 1983.
Choice Italo edits from the London-based duo who have gone a little bit more experimental, completely re-recording the drums and adding original synths, with an original vocal on 'Timewarp' too!
Shall Not Fade and SB Jamz producer Kassian sure does like to let his music ruminate for a while before he follows it up with any more. This is his third outing on his own self titled label and it comes well over 12 months after the last. Once again though we're treated to three superb jams. 'Get Down' is a heavy analogue house jam with skewed synths and sleazy vocals perfect for a grotty warehouse. 'Timewarp' is even more raw and naughty with its acid prickles and ghetto drums then 'Ultimate Warlord' closes out with stomping peak time energy.

Kassian is an exploration in House and Electronica from a duo set on taking their own direction in club music - Forming officially in 2019 the title track on their debut EP ‘The Premise’ on Detroit Swindle’s Heist Recordings was nominated as Track Of The Year at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards. The pair have since pushed their sound forward and began a lasting relationship with legendary London record label and store Phonica Records, joining a esteemed selection of artists including Peggy Gou and Midland who have released multiple EP’s on the Phonica White imprint. In summer 2019 Kassian self-released their ‘Kassian Versions’ series, a vinyl only edits label which placed at no. 6 in Phonica’s Top-10 Singles of 2019 with multiple represses since.
