Hard Feelings was formed out of a recording project by Al Boyle at the end of 2008. Al asked his good friends Rick O'dell (taxes, cadeaux) and Devon Clifford (YSP! WSD!) if they would want to be in a 3 piece punk band.
The group self released their debut LP, and toured to Winnipeg in August of 2009. this tour was a success and the band came back home with new ideas.
Then Darcy Hancock (ladyhawk,sports) joined in on 2nd guitar and things went into higher gear. the group went into the studio to work on their 2nd record in early 2010.
On April 16, 2010, drummer Devon Clifford collapsed on stage during a You Say Party set at The Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver. He died as a result of complications arisen from a sudden brain hemorrhage.
after this huge tragedy and loss hard feelings decided to continue and have found Nick Yacyshyn (Baptists) as a new drummer and have been moving forward after such a loss. Read more on Last.fm
