Harking back to those hazy days of early nineties raves, "Theme 01" wiggles its hips to a playful bassline and skipping rhythm while the sunkissed pads and trilling digi-flute line shimmer over the BBQ coals. Next up, Frits drops the tempo a touch to lock us into the rolling house groove of "Theme 02" - adding space jazz synth trills and a bubbling bassline to send the party on an astral incline. Over on the other side "Theme 03" brings us chopped up adlibs, woozy church organs and the kind of syncopated groove we last heard on a Gemini or Romanthony classic. Last but not least, "Theme 04" nudges us into the cool of the pool with aquatic sound design, filter funk bass and some back-masked vocals.
