His hefty grooves are present from kick-off, with 'Heat Shield' riding an undulating old school bassline as ice cold bells and a searching synth add up to a nicely retro-futuristic sound. 'Mind State' is heavier and darker, with distortion and grit in the beats and menace in the spoken words. 'Slip Stream' get sup on its toes with a more funky groove that gets you leaning in, and 'Burned' closes with some cuddly, eyes down deep house for the small hours.
