This one came on their own Wiggle label back in 1998 and is perfectly indicative of their sound. 'Break & Enter' has warm liquid rubber bass, crispy snares and kinetic drum funk that makes you bump. 'TDA (To Dance Alot)' has chunky clicks and heavy drums that make you march and 'GBH (Groovy Bouncy House)' has a more far-sighted cosmic vibe.
To kick off 2023 in fine style, Mint Condition welcomes the long awaited return of OG tech-house legends Terry Francis & Nathan Coles AKA The Delinquents. 'Breaking The Law', originally released in 1998 on the seminal Wiggle imprint, typifies that warm, bumpin' analogue tech-house sound that's become so highly sought after in recent years.
EP opener 'Break & Enter' brings the break-beat heat, seismic bass drops lead into a heavy rollin' b-line.
Synth washes and eerie chords creep into the fray, whilst the potent percussion keeps the dancefloor energy to the fore. Over on the flip, the curiously titled T.D.A. (To Danca Alot) is more subtle in its approach.
