Please note the information is done on a artist keyword match and data is provided by LastFM.
Released in 1990, some consider The Age of Love to be the first true trance single. Produced by Bruno Sanchioni and Giuseppe Cherchia, with vocals by Karen Mulder, The Age of Love was originally released by the Belgian label Diki Records. In 1992, the React label released Jam & Spoon's Watch Out for Stella remix, which gained more popularity than the original track and opened up opportunities for remixes by artists such as Paul Van Dyk and Brainbug. To this day, the track continues to be remixed and featured on compilations, and the historical significance of the original remains well known. As of February 2007, the online resource Discogs has catalogued a total of 67 known releases, and 346 appearances on compilations. Sanchioni and Cherchia never released another single under the moniker Age of Love; Sanchioni would continue to produce as part of the trance music act BBE. Read more on Last.fm.
