Duo was born in Chelyabinsk city, Russia. You may describe this city, lying amongst Ural mountains, as "russian Detroit" - city with a lot of plants,factories, home of famous physics and engineers... and also of our saga's heros: Andrew Guyvoronsky The first musical influence for him was hip hop. Despite this, house music later became a heavier influence and soon began to change his life. Inspired by true sound of house and tech rhythms of Chicago, he started practicing to write his own music and mixing records. Before long, his gigs included steady dj sets and live acts in best clubs. As the 'soulful person' Andrew tries to bring groove, right mood and even more - the message to each track he produces or plays. Guyvoronsky is always experiments with sounds, styles, concepts, thats why Tripmastaz sound is moving and changing all the time. Eugene Lookash Big crowds, legendary clubs, numerous gigs - it's all about this man. A true pioneer of russian club culture, he is co-opener of nearly all Chelyabinsk's remarkable clubs. Over decade behind the decks made Lookash a professional, who saw development of dance music and club culture from the very beginning. And from day one Eugene's choice is "techy" side of things, no matter is it techno,house or breaks. His radio and booking experience helps him to promote tech-sound over the years. Similar musical taste and vision made Andrew and Eugene friends and long-time partners, and as result they decide to combine they skills and musical ideas under TRIPMASTAZ moniker. In last couple of years Tripmastaz tracks was released on labels such as: Grab Recordings (USA), Morris Audio (Switzerland), U-Freqs (UK). Latest Tripmastaz works are: EP for U-Freqs Records (jan,2006) and 'Drop my balls' track for Proton Radio's mix compilation (mixed by Daniel Mnookin and Brian Ffar) as well as guest mixes for this radio. Tripmastaz' fresh word for 2006 is ESTATICA. ESTATICA is digital and vinyl (in near future) label for releasing exclusive new music. Stay tuned!
