Out of the middle of nowhere comes SOULFORCE, a German dj- and producerteam, that is hitting the music scene hard with it’s unique style of remixes, mash ups and productions.
Coming from a reggae & dancehall background, SOULFORCE found their own twist in bringing together their roots with other contemporary music like hip hop or it’s bastards like grime.
In December 2005 the release of the ‚REMIX CONFERENCE 1’ alongside JR. BLENDER (Champion Sound/Supersonic) marked the beginning of the official SOULFORCE success story. Several tracks from the CD made their way to the german reggae charts and to Londons BBC 1Xtra radio station and introduced the fresh sound to the United Kingdom. The RIDDIM magazine titled RC1 as the „best remix CD for the year“ and JUICE magazine got it in the ‚Top 20 Mixtapes Worldwide’ on no.15.
In the year 2006 SOULFORCE worked on the ‚REMIX CONFERENCE 2’ that came out alongside Switzerland’s Cutacombo and brought several DANCEHALL KILLERs such as Vybz Kartel ‚Ice Ice Baby’ remixes, that came out on vinyl, entered the reggae charts and remained there for weeks. They put out several other white labels for the reggae and dancehall scene such as the ‚Buju She Wants RMX’ and had an deep impact on the european reggae scene.
While constantly playing live sets as the SOULFORCE SOUNDSYSTEM the crew concentrated on producing and sharpening the skillz on the boards, while trying to find the perfect Pepsi/Appleton-Rum mixture.

Early 2007 SOULFORCE worked with the Grammy-nominated artitst TIPPA IRIE and came up with an album entitled ‚ORANGE JUICE BREAKS’ which features 11 exclusive remixes and mash ups of Londons fast chatting legend and a very interesting interview with the man himself.
Next was the CD ‚JAY-Z AT STUDIO ONE’ that features all 14 tracks of Jiggamans ‚Black Album’ on heavy Studio One riddims. It can be seen as one of the best and most successfull Jigga mash ups to the ‚Black Album’ that came out after Jay-Z retired for a second in 2004.
Within 2007 SOULFORCE recorded several tracks with artists such as the Orignal Likwit Junkie DEFARI for their debut album that will hit the streets hard when it's finished...
Their remixing skillz found their way to Japan and are presented on the CD of Europes one and only JUICE magazine in December, where Detroit’s GUILTY SIMPSON and BLACK MILK get the SOULFORCE remix treatment.
For the end of the year 2007 ‚REMIX CONFERENCE 3’ is on the table and which is the official burial of the mash up and remix CD we used to know. So it’s only right to call it ‚REMIX IS DEAD’ and go with Nas on this one. It’s a collaboration with Europes finest JR. BLENDER again and features loads of exclusive productions and riddims that u never heard before. It is available, like all the other good stuff, at the shop section under www.soul-force.com
