1. Popcorn from New York City, NY, United States, was a prominent underground rapper in his area in the late 1990s and beyond. Popcorn was associated with a crew called PYP or Pretty Young Pimps, established in late 1996.
2. Briefly active in 1995 and 1996, Popcorn was a Dutch trio comprising Dutch musicians Gerry Arling, Richard Cameron and Flemish (but Amsterdam-based) DJ [artist}Eddy de Clercq. They released a few singles, including 'Tap-Moi-La!' and 'Tsjoe Tsjoe Wah!' that became key records in the short-lived Easy Tune hype in and around Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Popcorn may be regarded as a predecessor of the duo Arling & Cameron.
3. Popcorn is also a disco/punk band from Turkey.
4. Popcorn is or was a poppy punk rock band from Brazil.
5. Popcorn is a band from Bulgaria.
6. Popcorn is a band from Medellín, Colombia.
