Having a wide outlook to music overall Pagalve (real name Marius Valiulis) was collecting records and exploring soundscapes of electronic music since early 90’s alongside the second wave of Detroit techno. His first step to elite of Lithuanian electronic music scene as a dj comes in 1996 when he started to spin 12” records at local parties. At that time it was only a start of whole scene locally and Pagalve is already is written in history of Lithuanian clubbing as one of a first generation djs. Biggest raves including “Techno Valentino”, infamous “Rocketshop”, Manifest saw him dj’ing on the main floor, his sets were broadcasted all over the country by biggest local radios. In 2002 Pagalve established an event promotion agency “Techstylism”. With a numerous events during five years “Techstylism” is partly responsible for the rise of techno music popularity in Lithuania today. Pagalve is described as one of the best-known Lithuanian techno music artists nowadays. His sets are widely acclaimed for his unique and thrilling mixing style along the wide approach to tech-minded music. Every Pagalve's appearance on the decks can guarantee a true vibe of music styles ranging from minimal tech, tech-house to techno, from techno to hard-techno. Wall shaking, dancefloor sweating and happy faces of clubbers are also expected. During decade lasting career he shared the scene with such artists as Jeff Mills (US), Neil Landstrumm (SCO), Dave Tarrida (ES), Stewart Walker (US), Takaaki Itoh (JP), Monolake (DE), Fluxion (GR), Sutekh (US), Rumenige (SK), Paco Osuna (ES), Marcin Czubala (PL), Grovskopa (SE), Sven Wittekind (DE), Tomash Gee (PL), Weichentechnikk (DE), Leo Laker (FIN), Tuomas Rantanen (FIN) among others. In 2005 Pagalve started a netlabel “Knobs” to promote Lithuanian talents worldwide. The releases of a record company were allready supported by the likes of Claude Young, Ronny Pries to name a few.
