Kempes is the new band of "Kempes" Ovidiu Ioncu, famous Romanian singer especially for his time with Cargo. Kempes were an unsigned band from Portsmouth, UK, composed of John Dunnaway, Mark Smith, Garry Maloney, and Dean Howard. They used to play in the local pub Lilly Sugars regularly. Their first release was "Water from sand E.P." in 1997 followed by "Ghost Strokes" in 1999, their first Album. The follow-up album was "Time Spectre". Read more on Last.fm.
