1. Since 1995 DJ Chernobyl has had a profound effect on the direction Brazil’s music scene. He is a pioneer and an influencer and is responsible for bringing Baile Funk (brazilian booty beat) to the world of rock through his band “Comunidade Nin-Jitsu”, influencing Edu K to produce his world famous hit “Popozuda”. Having produced 5 records with “Comunidade Nin-Jitsu”, more than 500gigs and they were the support band of Red Hot Chili Peppers in Brazil (2002). Chernobyl discovered and signed Bonde de Role and produced their album, introduced them to Diplo (who released them on his Mad Decent label) and has produced 08 of the 12 tracks on their album (“With Lasers”), out on Domino Records. DJ Chernobyl is a producer / DJ with a global reputation,having released “Spunk Scat and Politics” (on KSR, same label as Deep Dish, Chromeo, Armand Van Helden,CSS…), 2 “Bailectro” compilations (on Chateau Disc) in Japan. In 2007, he was the only brazilian artist that played in the Fuji Rock Festival, in the same stage as Justice, Simian Mobile, Groove Armada, A-Track, etc. After the japanese tour, he performed in Sweden with Thunder Heist, DJ Nibc and Johan from Radioclit. In 2006 he performed at Transmusicales (France) with Edu K and DJ Missill. In Brazil he produced tracks for the album “ Pancadão do Caldeirão do Huck” wich was in the Top 5 of the best sellers and he released his own compilation called “Neo Funk” (Som Livre) wich included the new generation of baile-funk artists that he had worked for in remixes and productions (Bonde do Role, Edu K, Turbo Trio, Deise Tigrona,etc).
2. Swedish Grindcore/Death Metal band from Gothenburg. Released only one demo, Cremated Remnants, in 2007, before changing their name to Hellhole. (metal-archives page)

4. Power/Symphonic metal from Ambato, Ecuador.
