Caliber was founded in late 2011 by members Vidal Wildeboer (lead guitar/vocals) and Rogier Peters (guitar/backing vocals). Their influences are Metallica, Exodus, Tourniquet, Believer. They've played stages like Meesterlijk Metaal and Jolpop and are now heading for their first full length, which probably will be launched somewhere in early 2014. Caliber is now a power trio with the following members: Vidal Wildeboer (guitar/vocals) Bas Bijsterbosch(bass/backing vocals) Stephan van Duren(drums/backing vocals) "We play Loud & Fast!" 2) A Thrashcore metal band from Turku, Finland. It was formed in February 2006 by members Joni Heino (vocals/bass), Ott Rätte (guitars) and Justus Korhonen (drums). After a while Joni changed to guitar, and so they were a long time without a bassist. Then, in the winter of 2010, Jarno joined the band after a short audition. They have performed a few gigs around Turku, and they released their first official release, "Demo 2011", in 27th of January as an internet release. In April Jarno quit the band.
