1. A funk based entity affiliated to the Interstellar Fugitives as well as the infamous Drexicya, Aquanauts are not your normal electro-funk outfit. A hybrid electro-rock band which utilizis its guitars and computers as weapons to unleash sonic devastation and aquatic fury trough live electronic warfare and disseminating some of the most outstanding, beautiful and disturbing music committed to vinyl in the present time continuum. As a result of undesirable outside forces and constantly changing waves, the Aqaunauts transmuted into the present formidable incarnation. The band, consisting of ultimate perfectionists (before only existing on wax), first surfaced in Detroit in 2008 before re-emerging in The Hague at the TodaysArt Festival 2008. Be one of 'those who know' and witness this legendary UR performance.
2. An alias of Carlo Troja aka Don Carlos. He hails from Varese, in the North of Italy, and is active as a DJ from the late 70's. He debuted as a producer towards the end of the 80's with the single 'Alone' on Calypso Records (Irma), which became one of the cult tracks of the international Deep House scene. His productions have always mixed House rhythms with afro-american jazz sounds, verging sometime towards disco, sometime towards progressive house or electronic soul. In 1992 IRMA USA released his first album 'Mediterraneo', followed in 1993 by the Montego Bay project, produced together with Stefano Tirone (S-Tone Inc.), also on IRMA.
