A vocal ensemble founded in 1995 by Laurie Monahan making Celestial Light 6. an Emo band from Singapore 7 . Tapestry are a young five piece group from Darwin, Austalia. The group has wasted little to no time establishing themselves as a national presence, supporting artists across the country such as Northlane, Hellions & Polaris. Tapestry have started creating buzz around themselves, winning awards and playing sold out shows locally. The powerhouse group delivers a unique and diverse heavy hitting sound with live performances that have left audiences in awe. Since the January 2016 release of their debut EP ‘Growth’ was released, Tapestry have toured the country, played festivals, showcased at the 2016 BIGSOUND music conference and have won multiple awards including NT Heavy Song of the Year for their track ‘Bond’ and NT Live Act of the Year apart of the NLMA’s. In December of 2017 the group released their first single titled 'Dark Shade' from their upcoming sophomore EP due for release early 2018.
