There are several acts known as Space Cowboy. 1) Space Cowboy (스페이스카우보이) is a South Korean electronic music producer and musician, real name Park Seongjin. Originally it was a two-man team with rapper Kwon Hyuk-seong, but in 2010 Kwon left the duo, leaving Space Cowboy to be a one-man act. His musicality focuses on electronic sentimentality and melodicity, including a lot of talkbox, synth pianos and Shibuya-Kei influence. Together with Yoon Sang and Davink, was part of the composing team One Piece that wrote music for Lovelyz, Uhm Jung Hwa, Suzy, etc. He is the main producer of the musician Kim A Reum. Together with Muzie, he created the project group University. 2) Space Cowboy is Paris, France-born producer Nick Dresti. A Hip-Hop DJ, playing anything from House to Indie to Electro and 80's Rock(!) and has worked and remixed artist from The Darkness, Felix Da Houscat and Sir Paul McCartney. The debut album 'Across The Sky' was released on Fatboy Slim's label and Sony Music Japan where it is the 3rd biggest selling electronica album of 2004 and touring from Sapporo to Tokyo and the amazing Fuji Rock Festival! In 2005 the second album 'Big City Nights' was released on Tiger Trax UK and Sony Music Japan, performing even better than the debut album. The new album, 'Digital Rock' was released Summer 2006 on Tiger Trax and in Japan on Sony Music, with the album launch at Eddy Temple-Morris' XFM The Remix Night at Cargo! Recently, Space Cowboy also worked with Lady Gaga to create many hits such as Christmas Tree and Starstruck. He keeps very close to Cherry Tree Records company and works with many other artists from the label. Taken from www.spacecowboyonline.com , the official Space Cowboy website! Read more on Last.fm.
