DESCRIPTION:
4 Tracks of Disco / Funk Classics Updated for Discerning Vinyl Lovers

More edits from man like Alkalino. Wall Of Fame's first solo release with 4 tasteful reworks. "What To Do" gets us underway with a tasty rock-disco refix, the kinda basement burning disco track you'll find smashing Artisan Partisan a new backside with here in the Northern Quarter. "Can’t Take It No More" hits the accelerator for some high impact soul, big brass stabs and huge male vocal dedicating this one to the divas! Hats off to Alkalino as well - neither of these initial tracks are on my radar yet. Not so on side B where I immediately win trainspotter points for identifying his cheeky house refix of Fresh Band's "Come Back Lover". Finally Brazilian disco sunshine is re-presented via a female cover version of Jorge Ben's summertime soul classic, "Take It Easy My Brother Charles". Delivered with a casual, almost dead-pan vibe, if anyone knows who's on vocal duties for this killer rendition then please, do, get in touch...
